Prissy is doing well. Today she is experiencing some pain because she is out of her pain meds and can't get them refilled until tomorrow, so she has been in bed most of the day. She is in great spirits and laughing and joking with everyone.
Today while visiting with her, I had to rub her heels, stretch her legs and rub her back (a small work-out). She enjoyed it and didn't want me to stop.
This week in her therapy session on Tuesday, she will be cooking a meal as a part of her occupational therapy. I am hoping to get some pictures via Greg, since I tutor in the mornings during her therapy time.
I am excited for the 4th of July weekend, but I am also nervous because this will be our first big family gathering with her since her accident and my Aunt's house is NO WHERE NEAR ACCESSIBLE and I do not know how we will get her indoors if we need to. But I am just going to pray that all goes well.
I will try to post again this week and hopefully have some pictures for you. Kelle, Scilla's daughter dropped the camera in the water at Fall Park, so I can only get photo's if I give them my camera to use.
*UPDATE* Emma is doing awesome! God has showed his grace and mercy upon her. Emma's body is healing, she is progressing, and in therapy now.
Continue to pray for both Scilla and Emma.
